[Interest Form] Training the Trainers: Constructive Criticism

The Growth and Development Committee is convening chapter organizers from across the country to share resources on building healthy and productive conflict cultures using materials adapted from Gracie Lyons/Vicki Legion's Constructive Criticism: A Handbook. 

This will be an a way to bring the skills from the Constructive Criticism Workshop training directly to your chapter. We believe that this workshop and these skills are best developed in the settings where members are working with each other in their day-to-day organizing. Existing facilitators of these trainings have seen it make a meaningful impact on their organizing and chapters' cultures. We aim to help spread these resources to as many chapters as possible.
